We had a lot of fun with these gingerbread activities. First was a sequencing/retelling activity that I "borrrowed" from Ms. Doennig's class. She was "spot on". The kids loved the TV and retelling the story. Thank you Ms. Doennig!! I think we need to work on left to right sequencing!!
This is our compare/contrast using a venn diagram. After reading each story we made a gingerbread man with characters, setting, and the problem/events. We then completed the venn diagram. They liked coming up with things that were the same and different.
